Finally day has come, after a long 364 wait, it here!

Ganesh chathurithi, a very popular indian festival, liked by all!

11 day fiesta, enriched with laughter, dance and what more?

Things liked most:

Usually this fiesta is all about celebrating birthday of Lord ganesh, so its mostly seen in every galli nukad of the city.

Fully decorated pandals, glittering lights, clean road (for some time though).

People from every walk of life join hand together to make it memorable, its india afterall!

Full day of damal, noisy kids, and in the end grooved by band masters. (mostly nasik style)

Jam packed roads on day one, mainly due to people transporting idol from the shops to their respective areas.

People dancing as if the wires in them have hung loose! Its all fair afterall, its once a year celebration and in the end who cares what other does.period.

What you get to see is the rich and varied sculptures, beautifully decorated pandals, wonderful and mouth watering “prasad” (easy to put on 4-5 kilos).

Wonderful collection of music to keep you upto your feet all day long!

Presence of ladies and kids make It more electrifying.

So every, just go out there and have a blast, its just a 11 days, post which you will get back to your chores anyway, so why not bunk your college, go late and even work less at your office! (sorry boss if you are reading this, screw you anyway).
